Post Natal Exercise

Post-natal recovery is simple for many women and a challenge for many others. Due to the changes experienced during pregnancy, many tend to focus on body shape or weight loss. However, from a health point of view, recovery after delivery should be given more priority. Our team of experts is well-trained to help new mothers on this challenging journey. Irrespective of the nature of delivery, post natal physiotherapy can make a world of difference. It needs to be completely personalised, bearing in mind the health conditions, current fitness level and other changes in lifestyle and routine being experienced by the patient during the postnatal phase.

A few quick tips for women in the post natal recovery phase:

  • A warm up is a very important part of everyday exercise.
  • Along with exercise, plenty of fluid intake helps in keeping the body fit.
